We havent ‘celebrated’ Valentines day for about 8 years, so you can imagine why I was alittle surprised & ummm suspicious lol when I received a bunch of roses & a gift box this morning.
This past 6 months Ive really noticed a difference in the way hubby sees & loves me, I dont know if its because his noticing how im starting to respect & love myself after losing so much weight or if its because we’ve worked things out between us but his uploading photos of me onto his Facebook page,his profile pic is use two hugging & last week he was talking about having my name tattooed onto his arm.
Anyways, Miss Hip made a heart shaped note last week – she heard about Valentines Day from the neighbours & fell in love with all the red at our local Woolies. Does she really understand why people celebrate Valentines Day ???? No, dont think so….but really does anyone????
While in the mood I prepared a small surprise for girls lunch boxes, Miss. Chic still cant read so the note had to be short & sweet, unfortunately I did end up wasting 8 slices of bread cutting them into heart shapes…….but their smiles were worth it.
I know Christmas is over,but candy canes were only 5c a bag at Kmart so I bought about 5 bags but I didnt think about how long they’d last if not eaten every day.
Our Kindy teacher read our letter to the class 3 times…..im the new classroom romantic.,…
